Welcome to Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI). Here in Central Minnesota, we offer community residents the best in medical imaging and pain management services close to home. We've provided quality care locally for nearly three decades and continue to focus on providing each patient with compassionate and convenient care with accurate results for a timely diagnosis.

*Construction updates for CDI's St. Cloud Northwest and Sartell Locations 

• Intersection of Hwy 15 and Cty 120 will be closed beginning at 7pm on Monday 4/22/13.
• Closures in this area will continue until late Oct 2013
• To access to our St Cloud NW and Sartell locations from Hwy 15 follow detour signs marked Sartell Medical Park
• The detour will direct traffic from Hwy 15 onto 23rd St S (a temporary intersection)
• At the four way stop sign at Connecticut Ave turn Left to get to St Cloud NW location
• At the four way stop sign at Connecticut Ave turn Right to get to the Sartell location
• To access our St Cloud NW and Sartell locations from coming eastbound on Cty 120 follow detour signs marked Sartell Medical Park
• Follow roundabout turning onto 50th Ave N (Leander Ave)
• Follow roundabout turning onto 23rd St S
• At the four way stop sign at Connecticut Ave turn Right to get the St Cloud NW location
• At the four way stop sign at Connecticut Ave turn Left to get to the Sartell location
